Our website (www.pomshield.com) is owned by Zogeria Systems PC. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Zogeria Systems PC. Zogeria Systems PC offers this website, including all information, tools, products and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By using our website or placing an order you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) and the documents referred to within them. We reserve the right to modify these T&Cs at any time.
By placing an Online Order with us, you confirm that the information you provide is true, accurate and complete in all respects.
The steps required for a binding contract between you and Zogeria Systems PC are outlined below:
You place an order for products or services:
a. Online Orders: when you press the 'Confirm Order' button at the end of the online checkout process.
When you place an order, we will send you an acknowledgement email to let you know that we have received your order.
We will send you a confirmation email to confirm that your order has been dispatched for delivery. This is confirmation and acceptance of your order. If you choose to pay via Paypal your payment card will be charged directly after selecting pay now on Paypal. If you choose to pay via Viva Wallet your card will be charged right after Zogeria Systems receives your order and right after its approval.
Unless otherwise agreed, your order will be delivered within 14 days of confirmation of your order. Where we are unable to deliver your order within this period, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
We may contact you if we cannot accept your order, which may be the result of (i) the products not being available, (ii) there is a problem with your payment method, (iii) there has been a pricing or product description error on the website, (iv) we are unable to deliver the products due to local import restrictions or requirements at your delivery destination or (v) you don’t meet our eligibility to order criteria or are in breach of any of the T&Cs or other law.
You can cancel your order without giving any reason within 14 days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) receives the products purchased (or last product, lot or piece if it relates to products or multiple lots or pieces delivered separately).
You must inform us of your decision to cancel your order. You may submit your request by contacting our Customer Service team using this form. We will communicate you an acknowledgement of receipt by e-mail. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the 14 days’ cancellation period has expired and return the item via our Customer Service.

EFFECTS OF CANCELLATION
We will reimburse all payments received from you for the products purchased, no later than 14 days from the day on which we received the above communication. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We have the right to withhold reimbursement until we have received the products back.
Note that you must send back the products by following the instructions available on our Customer Service no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning these products.
Prior to returning your products to us, you are obliged to keep and take reasonable care of them.
If an order has already been dispatched for delivery, please wait until you have received your order before exercising your cancellation rights.
If we have dispatched your purchase we kindly ask you not to accept delivery so that it’s returned back to us. In such an event the courier will inform us and we will proceed with your refund.
If you choose to cancel your order after its receipt you will have to return the item to us. In this case kindly consult our “Returns” policy further down.
Our products are warranted free of defects in workmanship and materials for a period of two (2) years from the delivery of the Product. In case the goods are found to be defective or not conforming with the contract, they will be repaired and/or replaced by the vendor. In case the repair or replacement is impossible, you will be reimbursed. This warranty is only given to the original purchaser of the goods.
This warranty does not cover apparent defects, deterioration of the Product due to abnormal use of the product or abuse, negligence, accident or wear and tear of the product and in general when the Product is used other than for the purpose for which it is intended to be used or not used in accordance with the operating instructions supplied with the Product. Furthermore, the warranty is void if the Product has been adapted or repaired by any other person than the vendor of if it has been added on to or used with other goods which may affect its integrity, performance, safety or reliability.
This warranty is given in place of all other warranties and assurances, whether express or implied, including but not limited to, matters of quality and fitness for purpose. The vendor accepts no liability, under any circumstances whatsoever, for any consequential damage or loss suffered by anyone as a result of using or being unable to use the Product when it is free of defects.

We will refund or exchange any product that you are not completely happy with within 30 days of receipt of the products by you.
If you decide to return our product that,
o If the packaging and/or the product bears any sign of damage incurred during transportation it is best to refuse to receive it. As the products travel at your risk, you should be able to receive a refund from the courier used to deliver it to you. We suggest that you take pictures in order to document the damage and file a claim with the courier as soon as possible (usually within 48 hours of receipt – kindly consult with the courier). Feel free to also inform us via an email (at email@example.com) so that we also from our side try to help.
o If neither the packaging nor the product bear any sign of damage during transportation, then the product may have failed due to defects in its manufacture. In this case our “ Warranty” will apply – kindly consult the above relevant section. Should this be the case, please notify us immediately of any such problems with an email to firstname.lastname@example.org so that we direct you on how to proceed with its return. Should the product be found defective as per our Warranty terms, we will refund all costs to you including those pertaining to its transport to you and to its return back to us.
If your case is not listed above, feel free to contact us via an email at email@example.com so that we try to understand the problem and strive towards resolving it.
Beyond what we say on our website, we cannot be more specific about availability. As we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail as soon as possible if any products you order turn out to be unavailable and you will not be charged for those products.
Please note that unless otherwise stated on the website, delivery estimates are just that. They are not guaranteed delivery times and should not be relied upon as such.
While we work to ensure that product information on our website is correct, actual product packaging and materials may contain more and different information to that displayed on our website. All information about the products on our website is provided for information purposes only. We recommend that you do not rely solely on the information presented on our website. Please always read labels, warnings, directions and the user’s manual provided with the product before use.
When ordering products from Zogeria Systems PC for delivery outside of the EU you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from us, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the products. Your privacy is important to us and we would like our international customers to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
You acknowledge and agree that all copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all material or content supplied as part of this website shall remain at all times vested in us or our licensors. You are permitted to use this material only as expressly authorized by us or our licensors. This does not prevent you using this website to the extent necessary to make a copy of any order or Contract details.
Zogeria Systems PC and its affiliates will not be responsible for (i) losses that were not caused by any breach on our part, or (ii) any business loss (including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill or wasted expenditure), or (iii) any indirect or consequential losses that were not foreseeable to both you and us when the sale of products occurred.
The laws of some countries do not allow some or all of the limitations described above. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the above limitations may not apply to you and you might have additional rights.
Nothing in these conditions limits or excludes our responsibility for fraudulent representations made by us or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or willful misconduct.
We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your right to have the products sent to you within a reasonable time. If the delay occurs before the products are dispatched, we will not charge you for the products until they are dispatched and you may cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch.
These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece. You, as purchaser, agree to submit any dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece, which means that you may bring a claim to enforce your consumer protection rights in connection with these T&C’s in Greece.
We reserve the right to make changes to our website, policies, and terms and conditions, including these T&Cs at any time. You will be subject to the terms and conditions and policies in force at the time that you ordered products from us, unless any change to those terms and conditions, policies or these T&Cs is required to be made by law or government authority (in which case it may apply to orders previously placed by you). If any of these T&Cs is deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
If you breach these T&Cs and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these T&Cs.
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under these T&Cs that is caused by events outside our reasonable control.
An event outside our control includes any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes in particular (without limitation) the following:
1. Strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action.
2. Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war.
3. Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster.
4. Impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport.
5. Impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks.
6. The acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government.
7. Any shipping, postal or other relevant transport strike, failure or accidents.
Our performance under any contract is deemed to be suspended for the period that any event outside our control continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. We will use our reasonable endeavors to bring the event outside our control to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations under theσε T&Cs may be performed despite the event outside our control.
14. Consumer rights
Consumer rights deriving from the provisions on the sale of consumer goods and guarantees of the Greek Civil Code (such as the right of correction or replacement - unless such an action is impossible or requires disproportionate costs - the right to reduce the price, the right to withdraw from the contract -unless it is an insignificant real defect- due to a real defect or lack of agreed capacity, for a period of two (2) years from the date of delivery), of art. 5 of Law 2251/1994 (such as the right of the consumer to request a temporary replacement of the product, in case the required repair time for the product under warranty exceeds 15 working days), as well as any other provisions on consumer protection, apply as they are.
